Whether you’re a Trainee on our HNC/HND entry level programme or our A Level/ONC entry level programme, you’ll need a certain set of qualities, skills and knowledge. That’s why we’ve designed our selection process so you can show us what you know and what you can do. We’ll keep you up to speed on your application by contacting you at every stage. To be successful, you’ll need to progress through each part of our process.

Stage 1 – Application

First, you’ll need to complete the online application form, for either HNC/HND entry level programme or our A Level/ONC entry level programme.

The closing date for entry to the A Level/ONC entry level programme is 13th April, 2012 We’ll be assessing applications after the closing date and will let you know the outcome during March 2012.

Applications for the HNC/HND entry level programme are now closed.

Stage 2 – Assessment

In this stage, we’ll explore your skills and knowledge via a small number of exercises and an interview. The Assessment will be run over half a day and we’ll let you know in advance which exercises you’ll be involved in. Assessments will take place during April and we will communicate decisions early in May 2012.

If you consider yourself to have a disability that may affect your ability to attend the assessment, please let us know prior to attending and we can allow for reasonable adjustments to be made.

Stage 3 - Offer

If we make you an offer, we’ll seek references covering the last two years. We’ll also need proof that you can work in the UK, proof of your qualifications and medical clearance to show that you’re fit for the job.
