About the programme

Join our graduate programme and you’ll have the chance to train on the job as a Professional Engineer. Better still, you’ll be supported every step of the way. Our 18-month Graduate Engineer Programme will give you all the skills, knowledge and support you need to start work on our Electricity Network. Meaning you’ll play a key engineering role in powering an entire region.
