Applying for one of our roles
When it comes to our people, we look for a special mix of skills and behaviours. Our selection process makes sure you’re right for the job, and that the job is right for you. Whichever role you’re applying for, we’ll keep you up to speed on your application by writing to you at every stage. There are four steps to the process:
Stage 1 - Application
You’ll need to complete our online application form.
Stage 2 – Interview
If we think you’ve got the right mix of skills and behaviours to join us, we’ll invite you to interview. This is our chance to find out more about you. So we’ll ask you a series of questions about your approach and experiences. It’s also a chance for you to ask us a few questions and make sure the opportunity is right for you. Dependant upon the role you apply for you may be asked to undertake different activities as part of the selection process, such as online tests. You will be notified of this in advance.

Stage 3 - Offer
If you’re successful in your interview, we’ll offer you the job. As part of our pre-employment process, we’ll seek references covering the last two years, along with proof that you can work in the UK, proof of your qualifications and medical clearance to show that you're fit for the job.
Stage 4 – Start your job
Congratulations, you’re ready to join the team. We’ll write to you to let you know when and where you start.
